In order to validate the warranty, the purchaser must provide the required information to validate the purchase, indicate date of purchase, city, country, store or distributor and if available attach a receipt of purchase. Without sufficient information to verify the purchase, ABF will not be able to provide warranty services.

The warranty applies as long as the seeds are used according to best practices and following the instructions provided by ABF. Any misuse or failure to follow instructions may void the warranty.

The buyer is responsible for providing proper conditions, including soil quality, adequate exposure to light, controlled temperature and adequate irrigation. Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pests, diseases or other factors mentioned in the “exclusions and limitations” section.

Based on our research and testing, we have established the following viability rate criteria to determine warranty eligibility:

Pack x3: Viability rate must be equal to or greater than 2/3 (two-thirds) to not apply the guarantee.
Pack x5: Viability rate must be equal to or greater than 3/5 (three-fifths) to not apply the guarantee.
Pack x6: The viability rate must be equal or higher than 4/6 (four-sixths) to not apply the guarantee.
Pack x10: The viability rate must be equal or higher than 6/10 (six tenths) to not apply the guarantee.
These criteria allow us to ensure that our customers receive seeds with a high probability of success in the sprouting process.

Legitimate Purchase

Only those customers who have made a legitimate purchase of ABF seeds through authorized sales channels and provide the necessary information to prove the purchase valid, will be eligible to receive the benefits and services contemplated in the eligibility conditions.

ABF seeds are intended for personal or commercial use in lawful activities related to the cannabis industry. Purchasers must agree to use the seeds exclusively for these legitimate purposes and not for illegal or unauthorized activities. Responsible use: Buyers must use Black Tuna seeds in a responsible and respectful manner, avoiding any activity that may cause harm or damage to third parties, including improper or illegal use of the seeds.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper sprouting of ABF seed. This involves following the viability instructions provided below:
1. Disinfect your hands, surfaces and containers with 70% alcohol before handling seed. This will help prevent possible spread of pathogens and ensure a healthy sprouting environment.
2. Prepare a clean, sterilized container. Add 50 ml of potable water at room temperature (between 22-28°C). Then add 0.5 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the water. The hydrogen peroxide will provide additional oxygen and growth rate to the seeds.
3. Place the seeds in the container with hydrogen peroxide and water. Be sure to submerge them completely so that they are in contact with the solution. Cover the container and place it in a dark place at room temperature, ideally between 20-30 ºC. Let the seeds soak for a period of 24-48 hours, but do not exceed this time. During this process, the seeds will begin to absorb water and activate their process.

4. Transfer the seeds in their initial stage to your favorite substrate. Make sure the substrate is properly prepared and suitable. Place the seeds approximately 1-2 centimeters deep in the substrate. Lightly cover the seeds with substrate, making sure they have access to the light and oxygen needed for growth.
5. Provide the right conditions for seedling growth, including good lighting, humidity and ventilation. Keep the substrate slightly moist but avoid overwatering to prevent waterlogging and disease development. Be sure to avoid dehydration of the seedling. Excessive dehydration can disrupt healthy seedling growth, so it is important to find a proper balance in substrate moisture. Regularly monitor substrate moisture and adjust watering as needed to provide seedlings with optimal conditions for development.

If you purchased a x3 size seed pack, the guarantee will apply if the viability rate is equal to or less than 1/3. In other words, if 2/3 or more of the seeds included in the pack sprout, the guarantee will not be made.
If you purchased a pack of seeds of size x5, the guarantee will be applied if the viability rate is equal to or less than 2/5. In this case, if 3/5 or more of the seeds included in the packet sprout, the guarantee will not apply.
If you purchased a pack of seeds of size x6, the guarantee will be applied if the viability rate is equal or lower than 3/6. This means that if 4/6 or more of the seeds included in the package sprout, the warranty will not be honored.
If you purchased a pack of seeds of size x10, the guarantee will be applied if the viability rate is equal to or less than 5/10. This means that if 6/10 or more of the seeds included in the package sprout, the guarantee will not be honored.

Notification of Claim

ABF is committed to thoroughly evaluate each claim submitted within 15 U.S. business days of notification of the claim. A thorough analysis of the information provided will be conducted and, if necessary, additional evidence may be required to support the claim. If additional evidence is required, the evaluation time will be 15 business days from receipt of the additional evidence.

For the rest of the world, we cannot commit to honor the warranty. However, we will do our best if a neighboring country can make the shipment or if we are in an international event to make the replacement. In case this is not possible, we regret the inconvenience.

ABF will verify that the purchaser has followed all recommended seed storage instructions. In the event that storage conditions have not been followed, the claim may not be eligible for the warranty process.

If the claim is determined to be valid and meets the requirements of the warranty, Black Tuna agrees to provide an appropriate remedy. This may include replacement of the defective seed with seed of similar quality.
